Cutting a cheesecake can be a bit messy..(or any other cake, but cheesecake in particular is extra messy for me, and just won’t work with the usual ‘cake knife’ π )
I’d like to share with you the best way to cut it into perfect slices π
- use a normal long & sharp knife
- run it under hot water
- wipe the knife dry using a cloth / towel
- cut the cheesecake! you’ll get perfect lines
- and when your knife gets dirty, just clean it and repeat π
